“The Power of Beautiful Questions”

Abstract: The overall presentation includes a talk and slide presentation in which bestselling author Warren Berger focuses on how asking the right questions can help us to be more curious and open to new ideas and viewpoints, while also helping us to innovate in the workplace. Berger will also show how better questioning skills can yield increased collaboration and more effective leadership. The talk will include a mix of inspirational stories about the surprising power of questions, as well as practical tips and takeaways (including both online resources and print handouts) — on how to spark your own curiosity, formulate better questions, and work on shared “mission questions” with colleagues. The takeaways are designed to provide tools and action steps that people can take back to work and begin using immediately.

This talk will include interactive discussion and audience participation throughout, to keep everyone engaged.
