W1: Technology-mediated Holistic Advising Supports Retention
Abstract: Mercer County Community College in New Jersey has transformed its organizational structure, business processes and mechanisms to create a new shared model of student success that focuses on identifying and serving student cohorts. This new model uses technology to better understand who their students are and develop flexible, dynamic structures to meet the ever-changing needs of their students and anticipate future trends.
